What is the BiLock High Security Master Key System?
BiLock’s high security Master Key System range was introduced a little over 30 years ago. Since then it has taken the world by storm.

How Does BiLock Exclusive Work?
BiLock Exclusive provides the ultimate level of protection through its integration of advanced technology. BiLock Exclusive has an innovative design, which is composed of a twin bladed key that operates a 12 pin program of tumbler pins – 6 on either side. The possible amount of lock combinations with this set-up is 17,000,000. This means that you can almost guarantee that what you will have will be completely unique and near impossible to pick.
Furthermore, the BiLock Exclusive Master Key System has another added layer of protection. It’s referred to as the 13thlocking dimension. The 13thlocking dimension is essentially a security rod that is built into the locking cylinder. The 13thelement can only be activated upon the movement of the locking cylinder.
What else is BiLock Exclusive Made-up of?
BiLock’s innovation continues into the realms of creating a Quick Change Core, QCC. With the QCC, it makes rekeying and the complex need to replace a lock almost obsolete. Simply, all you’ll need to do is to withdraw the QCC plug and replace is with another if you’re experiencing any problems. It should also be noted that withdrawing the QCC would be impossible without the matching key.

BiLock Exclusive Colour Key System
One of BiLock Exclusive’s most notable characteristics is its colour key heads. BiLock Exclusive have added a very simple, but yet effective way to distinguish between keys and their assigned level of access.
With more than 8,000 colour combinations made up of mixing and matching 22 colours, the person in charge of the keys will be able to decide upon the key colours that will allow certain access.
This colour key system is very effective in providing managers, and site supervisors instant identification of keys and their level of access.
